Ok i got this question from a member of my clan and i would like to find the awnser to it.
If I look at the information on the slippers, this is what I see:
Sea Slippers[=+5a+23d+188s]
Armament Loc: feet Minimum Level (21)
+18 Defense +142 Skill
Other: Enchant(46) Lucky Oiled(1)
Starting out with 142 base skill plus 46 for the enchants brings me to 188 skill. In looking at the stats from the Silver Titan Blade, it appears that lucky increased the skill about 5%, so I would expect my lucky sea slippers to have skill of 197, but they don't.

are you sure? Not possible...That means the lucky had no effect...when was the lucky put on...naturally? if so, these are not correct stats..at least incomplete...

I don't know. I've had something similar to this happen a few times; I'll be trying to deck something out, and the lucky doesn't seem to have any effect. Itbseems to have something to do with what order its put on. Like, if I put the lucky on first, nada, but if I bless it first, then the lucky, I get the desired result. Or it could just be me not seeing it, I dunno.

luck, like flames, only has effects on rightyies and two handed weapons. hence the stb gets 5% increase, while the sea slips will get nothing.
